
Happy Chinese New Year and welcome to the Year of the Pig!
We spent Friday night at the Chinese New Year night markets which jostled their way down Dixon Street over the weekend. Lots of colour, families, and yes, plenty of food.

The Chinatown Markets were on Dixon Street from 16-18 February 2007.

Dear Helen. Beautiful photos! When I lived in Sydney, the local Eastwood grocers had many an aloe drink. In Japan and Thailand, there was a lot of aloe flavoured yoghurt. It's surprising it's not more popular in Australia, as it truly is refreshing.
