We headed to Five Dock today for Ferragosto 07 . Officially celebrated on August 15, Ferragosto is an Italian Catholic holiday observed around the world. In Sydney it was celebrated in glorious cheek-flushing sunshine along Five Dock's Great North Road.

ReplyDeleteah shame, i live in the next suburb too and i didnt know it was on! only noticed when i went out for a drive to pick up a friend and realised the roads were blocked.. was lovely day for it!

It was such a lovely day. So many people and doggies about. Was very thankful when I got the free cap from the club.
