Friday Fun: Ok Go

The latest viral marketing success in the blogosphere is this synchronised treadmill routine from Chicago-based group Ok Go. The song is "Here It Goes Again" from last year's album Oh No.

Too cool!

Ok Go have a blog here. You can check out more of their dance-offs here.

I don't like it as much as their first dance video, but this is still awesome. I love how they had a contest to pick the best fan-made videos. Spend a little too much time on YouTube looking at em, haha. There was one group that did it whole thing blindfolded! Good god, that's dedication.

I saw this a few days ago and I loved the part where they do ice skating actions across the treadmills.

Hi Robyn - Their first dance was a riot. The contest is brilliant, and the Phenomenon video is a great blending of all the entries! Fantastic! The blindfold one was good but I wonder whether they could secretly see through them. They act a little blind at the start but by the end they are a little too smooth for my liking!

There's one by four Asian guys that is pretty good too.

Hi thanh7580 - I really wanna try that. I wonder if my local gym would notice if I moved the treadmills around...

Hi chocolatesuze - Yeah youtube is great. Everyone wants their 15 minutes of fame eh?

Hehe, this was circulating at work last week - my manager was contemplating whether we could convince finance to get us treadmills so we could use this as a fitness routine ;)
