The Reveal

Yes, Grab Your Fork has had a little makeover.

After 16 months of blogging 320 posts, a new hair-do and wardrobe has long been overdue.

I hope you like the latest tszuj. Far from being a confident website designer, the experience has certainly involved a steep learning curve (and more than a bit of hair-pulling)!

Of course appearances are only skin-deep and I hope the content has always been what brings you back. Please keep up your great comments and feedback. I’m always keen to hear what you--the readers--think, and any suggestions or experiences you may have to share are always welcomed and appreciated.

But enough talk. Bring on the food and the photos.

Don’t forget your fork.

Cheers,
AG.

I love the new look and that cute makeover figure plus I learnt a new word today. Keep up the great work: the yummy food, fantastically great food reviews and the wonderful writing.

Being an non-techie and having just been through a makeover myself, I can definitely empathise with the hair-pulling part! :) Love the new look and cute figure with hair wrapped in a towel. Keep up the great work!

AG, has your profile gone missing? Where is your picture? Bring back Augustus!

Hi boo_licious - Thanks. The makeover girl was irresistable.

The Fab Five was a huge hit here a couple of years ago. Interest has waned now, but the word tszuj has certainly entered the local lingo.

Thanks for your awfully kind words. I'm really touched you think so! =)

Hi Saffron - I know I've been moaning about it for ages. A long weekend was the perfect incentive to finally do it!

    Glad you like it!

Hi Nicole - Thanks. It's always nice to have a makeover every now and again!

Hi Kirsten - Thank you! I aim to satisfy... both the eyes and the stomach!

Hi Nic - Aw shucks, thanks. It's amazing how long you can spend painstakingly fixing html code! Glad you like it, and thanks for your lovely sentiments.

Hi Big BoK - Thanks. Won't be too long before your little 'un is begging for a manicure hey?

Hi Kelly - Glad you think so! It took a while but hopefully it's been worth it!

Hi Sam - Thanks. I've always been an advocate of white space. Funny how you can never be entirely satisfied with the final result though. I'm still tweaking here and there.

Hi Julia - Yes html should be in, like, English! Trial and error is a wonderful thing.

Glad you like the new look. And yes, she is adorable isn't she?

Hi Veruca Salt - Thank you for all our edible escapades. High time we had another, methinks!

And you are observant. I decided to remove the AG profile pic for the new look. Is this going to turn into a petition? =)

    Hi AG,

Love the new look. =) I'm just sad that the pic of Augustus is gone. *sigh*

By the way, the banner looks great! =)

Hi Reid - I'm pleased you approve. I'm not entirely happy with the banner. Some tweaking still to do.

I didn't realise so many of you were attached to the picture of AG! Maybe I'll have to rethink the sidebar...

I simply love this new look! :D Sure, I'll come here often, with my fork and chopsticks.

Hi Obachan - Thanks. Glad you like the new look!

Yes, I do love my chopsticks. Funny that chopsticks can make food taste better. I have to eat fried rice with chopsticks, for example! =)
